Every month, I gather questions I am asked by my students and people online. At the end of the month, I select the best questions, answer and expand on them them and share my answers in a video on Substack.
I prioritize answering the questions from my students, but include some from other people as well if I can. If I have too many questions, I save those I can't answer for the next month.
Here are the rules to submit a question:
- You can ask me anything, as long as it's about biomechanics, problem-solving, coaching, business/your practice, or health.
- Make your question as detailed and clear as possible — don’t ask me things like "tell me about XYZ." Be precise. If you want me to elaborate on a topic, tell me what aspect of this topic you want me to elaborate on, why you want to know about this, and/or what you don't understand. The goal is to give you clarity, not just more information.
- If it's theoretical: Write it out in a clear and concise way. (Running it through an AI first can help refine it).
- If it's practical (about posture, a movement or a problem): Attach a video(s) of you (or a client) doing the movement, and be specific about what you want my eyes on. If it's a client's video, make sure you actually have their okay to share it. (To send me a video, first upload the video in a Google Drive folder, make sure the permission is set to "everyone", then paste the URL in the question box).
